Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use AquaAtlas to:

• Upload, transmit, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, threatening, or defamatory content of any kind
• Submit content that infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party
• Submit malicious files, exploit payloads, scripts, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any code designed to harm systems or data
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract proprietary source code from the application
• Circumvent subscription limits, usage caps, credit systems, rate limiters, or any access controls
• Automate requests, scrape data, or access APIs or platform features without written authorization from Breachora LLC
• Abuse or exploit AI features through excessive, scripted, adversarial, or non-human usage patterns
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or degrade servers, APIs, databases, network infrastructure, or system performance
• Probe, scan, test, or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Attempt unauthorized access to other user accounts, private data, administrative systems, or backend infrastructure
• Impersonate Breachora LLC, its employees, or any other person or entity
• Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation

AI Feature Use

AI features within AquaAtlas — including water chemistry analysis, livestock compatibility, image diagnostics, and AI chat — are provided for legitimate aquarium management purposes only.

You agree not to use AI features to generate misleading outputs, attempt to manipulate model behavior through adversarial prompting, or use AI responses for purposes outside the intended aquarium management context. Systematic abuse of AI credit allocations through automated or artificially constructed interactions is prohibited and may result in immediate access restrictions.

Security & Platform Integrity

AquaAtlas employs monitoring mechanisms to detect abuse, automated exploitation, anomalous request patterns, and unusual system behavior. All API endpoints are rate-limited and authenticated.

Any attempt to degrade service performance, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass authentication or rate limiting, or interfere with platform integrity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination of access, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

If you discover a potential security vulnerability in AquaAtlas, please report it responsibly to support@aquaatlas.app before disclosing it publicly.

Enforcement

Breachora LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate potential violations of this policy and take any of the following actions:

• Temporary suspension of account access pending investigation
• Permanent termination of account access without refund
• Immediate revocation of subscription access and AI credit balances
• Restriction of specific platform features or API access
• Disclosure of user information to law enforcement where required by law
• Civil or criminal legal action where applicable

Breachora LLC's failure to enforce any provision of this policy does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future.

Policy Updates

Breachora LLC reserves the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of AquaAtlas following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes may also be communicated via in-app notification.
