AquaAtlas offers optional paid subscription plans providing enhanced AI features, increased usage limits, additional tank slots, and access to premium tools. These Subscription Terms govern all paid plan purchases and AI credit usage.
AquaAtlas offers the following subscription tiers. Features and limits may be updated with reasonable notice:
Current pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase and is subject to change.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store exclusively. Pricing, billing cycles, applicable taxes, and currency conversions are determined by the respective platform and may vary by region and payment method.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the respective app marketplace to charge your selected payment method at the applicable subscription rate. Breachora LLC does not collect or store payment card information directly.
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
You are solely responsible for managing your subscription auto-renewal settings through your respective app store account. Breachora LLC cannot cancel, pause, or modify your subscription directly.
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through the in-app subscription management screen or through your app store account.
Upgrades take effect immediately upon confirmation by the respective platform, subject to webhook delivery. Plan features will be unlocked once the platform confirms the purchase.
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your current plan's features until the period ends, after which your account reverts to the lower plan's limitations. If your data (e.g., number of tanks or stored tests) exceeds the limits of the downgraded plan, existing data will be retained in read-only status and new additions may be restricted until limits are met.
Paid subscription plans include a monthly AI credit allocation used for AI-powered features such as water chemistry analysis, livestock compatibility checks, image diagnostics, and AI chat interactions.
Credit allocations reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period with no refund or credit.
Upon cancellation or expiration of a paid plan, any remaining AI credits are forfeited. The account reverts to the free plan credit allocation at the start of the next cycle.
Breachora LLC reserves the right to adjust AI credit allocations per plan with reasonable advance notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) settings. Cancellation prevents future billing and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period, after which your account will revert to the free plan. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except where required by applicable law or platform policy.
Refunds are handled exclusively by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies. Breachora LLC does not directly process refunds and has no authority to override third-party marketplace billing or refund decisions.
To request a refund, contact Apple or Google directly through their standard support and refund processes.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, features, usage limits, AI credit allocations, or plan structures at any time. Where required by applicable law, we will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes, which may be delivered via in-app notification or email to your registered address.
Continued use of a paid subscription after a price or feature change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Breachora LLC may suspend or permanently terminate your subscription access without refund in cases of: violation of the Terms of Service, abuse of AI features or platform resources, fraudulent billing activity, or other conduct that harms other users or the integrity of the Service.
Continued use of AquaAtlas after subscription purchase indicates acceptance of these Subscription Terms and the AquaAtlas Terms of Service.
