AquaAtlas retains user data only for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain system integrity, comply with legal obligations, and enforce applicable agreements. This policy describes what we retain, for how long, and why.
User account information (email address, user ID, authentication credentials), tank configurations, livestock records, water test logs, flow diagrams, and AI credit history are retained for the life of the active account.
Upon confirmed account deletion, all account and profile data is removed from Breachora LLC's infrastructure as described in our Data Deletion Policy. Certain categories of data may be retained beyond account deletion where required by law, as described below.
AI chat history and diagnostic outputs stored in the cloud are retained for the duration of the active account to support feature continuity, user experience quality, and abuse prevention.
Locally stored AI conversations and insights on your device are retained until you clear them through in-app privacy controls or uninstall the application.
Uploaded images submitted for AI analysis are used for processing and are not retained beyond operational necessity. Images are not stored permanently unless required for security or compliance.
Subscription status records, billing event metadata, and credit allocation history may be retained for a period of up to seven (7) years following account closure or last transaction, as required for accounting, tax compliance, fraud prevention, and billing reconciliation.
Raw payment data (card numbers, bank details) is not stored by Breachora LLC. Payment processing records held by Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or RevenueCat are subject to their own data retention policies.
Limited system access logs, rate-limiting records, and security event metadata may be retained for fraud detection, abuse monitoring, and platform integrity. Such data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary — typically no more than ninety (90) days for routine logs, longer only where an active investigation or legal proceeding requires it.
Where required by applicable law, court order, regulatory requirement, or to defend against active legal claims, Breachora LLC may retain specific categories of data beyond standard retention periods. Such holds are applied narrowly and only to data directly relevant to the obligation or proceeding.
In-app account deletion initiates immediate removal of account data from Breachora LLC's active systems. Email-based deletion requests are processed within thirty (30) days of identity verification.
