For support requests or to request deletion of your AquaAtlas account and associated data, please email support@aquaatlas.app from the email address associated with your account. Typical response time is 24–72 business hours.

Subscription Billing

Subscription payments and refunds are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. For billing disputes or refund requests, please contact your app marketplace provider directly.

Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your AquaAtlas account and associated data at any time.

To request account deletion, email us from the email address associated with your AquaAtlas account using the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”

For security purposes, we may require identity verification before processing deletion requests to prevent unauthorized account removal.

Once verified, we will permanently delete your account and related data, including tanks, livestock records, logs, and AI-generated insights. No personal data is retained after deletion except where required by law for compliance, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
